Kevin Cassidy, President

For over a decade Cassidy Corp. has enjoyed steady growth. Tom Coughlin, Vice President

As Vice President of Cassidy Corporation, Tom Coughlin brings extensive experience in the planning, coordination, and management of roadway preparation and construction projects. Tom has expertise in all phases of roadway construction; which includes cold planning, reclamation, excavation,grading, and paving. Tom joined Cassidy Corp as Vice President in 2008, after serving as a project manager for P.J. Keating Co. (another large asphalt paving contractor). Some of the projects overseen by Coughlin have included large projects for Mass D.O.T., as well as Mass port, bridge deck resurfacing, and roadway construction for several school building sites. In addition to his over 16 years in the asphalt paving industry, Coughlin has received extensive training in asphalt installation and operations best practices, including Mass Highway QA/QC specs. He attended the University of New Hampshire and St. John’s Preparatory School.
